Information For Authors

Interested in submitting to this journal? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.

  1. Publication Guidelines

Papers may be an entire article, research note, or review report on relevant and timely subjects on the scopes mentioned above.

The journal only accepts online submissions through the Open Journal System

Submitted manuscripts should not have been submitted, accepted, or published in other journals.

Authors must follow the required format and style to contribute to the journal (Download Publication Template).

The manuscript submission must accompany a duly signed cover letter (Download Cover Letter Template) indicating the following:

  •   manuscript title
  •   complete name, email address, and affiliation of all the authors
  •   brief description of the study and its significance
  •   list of possible reviewers [five (5) suggested reviewers who are experts and have published papers related to the manuscript submission. Authors must provide the reviewers’ email address and institution/current affiliation]
  •   authors’ disclaimer that the work is original and the manuscript has not been considered for publication elsewhere.

The submission file shall be in Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc) using the recommended downloadable template.

All authors should have made substantial contributions to the paper. They are responsible for the research work’s quality, accuracy, and ethics. Before publication, the editorial team will provide an electronic copy of the manuscript to the corresponding author for verification and proofreading. The final version of the manuscript should be read and approved by all the authors if a group wrote it. The decision of the Board of Editors and Reviewers to accept or reject a manuscript is final.

  1. Open Access Statement

The journal has no page charges (Article Publication Charge) for accepted manuscripts.

  1. Retracting and Cancelling Paper Submissions

Submitted manuscripts can be retracted seven (7) days after notice of pre-acceptance due to the following reasons:

  •   Author(s) can retract their submission due to erratum of data, discussions, and contents.
  •   The editorial team can retract the paper submitted if the research, data, and/or findings were found to be misconduct, fraudulent, plagiarized, falsified, untrue authorship claims, or multiple submissions of the article elsewhere.
  •   The article submission can be cancelled if the paper violated research misconduct after thoroughly reviewing any formal complaint or calling for re-evaluation. The Editorial Board will have the sole authority to consider any appeal necessary to be entertained.

The submitted manuscript can be retracted by the author(s) through a note or letter of retraction, which contains the title of the article, list of authors, date of article submission and acceptance, reason(s) of retracting, and should be duly signed by the author(s).
